Complete rebuild of a residential property in Abersoch, involving full demolition, retaining walls, high-end internal finishes, and M&E systems (air-source heating, ventilation, underfloor systems).
This coastal location presented significant access challenges, but we efficiently coordinated specialist subcontractors and successfully delivered high-end bespoke features, including Welsh slate, timber windows and sandstone walling and paving. The end result was an exceptional property that exceeded our client’s expectations
