This project involved the demolition of the existing dwelling and the construction of a new five-bedroom property with a detached double garage.

Premium materials and details were used throughout, including aluminium windows and doors, matching fascias and guttering, and cedar cladding. The external works included extensive landscaping, highlighted by the creation of a wildflower meadow and timber sleeper planters.

Our client, a well-regarded housebuilder from Cheshire, chose to partner with us due to our strong reputation for quality workmanship and the use of highly skilled local subcontractors. The project was delivered on time and within budget.
